The process of continous dryer tower

1. Grain should be unloaded from the truck, goes to intake pits,through the elevator goes to pre cleaning machine,to remove the impurities such as straw, dust and stones
2. After cleaning, the grain should storage in the silo and waiting to feeding to the dryer tower
3. The dryer tower would be working to reduce the moisture content of the grain
4. After drying, the dried grain would be unloaded at the button, need to use one elevator transfer to dried silo area to storage

1.The mixed flow grain dryer consists of drying sections,tempering section and cooling section ertc.Many layersof air ducts are arranged in an alternate way to form a mixed air flow blowing through the grain to remove the moisture.Suitable for drying coarse grains-corn,sorghum;cereal grains-rice,wheat; small grain-rapeseed,millet and oilseeds-soybeans.
